Interesting contrast in vintage toy packaging. Tricky Taxi by Louis Marx & Co. features classic postwar streamline moderne lettering and contrasting panels to segregate messaging from artwork. TPS (or Toplay) of Japan’s Mechanical Family Giraffe Loco may not have the most native English-sounding name, but it makes up for it with colorful whimsy, probably early 1960s.
