Please note that with all purchases, you receive a total of two (2) downloads of your licensed file(s). In addition, they must be downloaded within five (5) days of your purchase, or the download link will expire. Please download your images as soon as possible to avoid any issues.

License purchases are for one-time only. This means, if you want to use the photo a second time, please return here to the site and purchase another license. They’re inexpensive, and we set them up this way to encourage you to use them, but we do need to pay for our image procurement, hosting, bandwidth, and the like. Thank you for honoring this. It helps us continue what we do.

Please abide by these rules on where you can use our images for the license you purchase.

You may use these images to illustrate on websites. This includes your own site(s), as well as social media. Please always include “Image copyright RocketIsland.com” any time you use one of our images as a credit line.

You may use these images as part of ebooks and other electronic documents.

You may use these images as part of printed books or magazine articles.

Please do not assemble an entire work using our stock imagery. If you wish to do this, please contact us and we’ll work out a very fair and equitable rate for you to do that. The idea here is, our images are great for supplemental or even key imagery in your work, but not the entire project, without working out a fair licensing arrangement with us.

Please do not use these images as part of works for resale. That would include things like t-shirts, mugs, posters, prints, calendars, website templates, and so on. The basic rule of thumb is, if you intend to resell it (with the exception of using our images sparingly in ebooks or printed books), please contact us for a fair and equitable rate. We’ll work something out that is good for both of us – we want to see our images used, and we want your project to succeed.
